Working Flow
Decoiling → guiding → roll forming → cutting to length → conveying the finished panels to the runout table

2. Guiding device
a. It can help the operator to place the sheet in the right direction.
b. Left side and right side can be adjusted manually by screw.

3. Pre-cutting device
It’s mainly used to pre-cut the sheets. It’s quite helpful while changing the steel coils.

4. Roll forming system
a. The roll forming system consists of machine frame, transmission parts and roll forming rollers, etc.
b. Machine frame adopts welding structure with blasting treatment.
c. The roller is made of high-quality No. 45 steel, which is treated by CNC machines. The surface of roller is painted with hard chrome for enhanced rigidity.
d. Inner support structure of roller: guiding column.
e. The back/forward movement of roller is driven by chain, and its upward/downward movement is driven by gear.
f. The screw bar can be adjusted manually to change the distance between upper / lower rollers to deal with sheets of difference thicknesses.

5. Post-cutting system
a. Cutting blade material: Cr12 with quenching treatment.
b. There is no material wasted after cutting.
c. Welded frame for enhanced rigidity.
d. The power of cutting is provided by electric motor.

6. Runout table
Two runout tables are designed for supporting the finished panels. It is 2-meter long.

7. Hydraulic system
a. Separated hydraulic stations are designed for main machine and decoiler.
b. Main valve: well-known Chinese brand.

8. Electric control system
a. PLC control technology to realize automatic production.
b. User-friendly man-machine interface facilitates the setting of plate length, quantity, etc.
c. Operation mode: input screen and buttons.
d. Encoder calculates and measures the length.
