c. Features
1) Machine frame adopts welding structure with shot blasting treatment.
2) It uses hydraulic cylinder to expand or decrease the inner diameter of decoiler, and finally tighten the coil.
3) Put the steel coil on the middle part of the mandrel, then tighten the coil through the hydraulic cylinder. After starting the machine, driven by the hydraulic motor, the steel sheet will be released. Take the sheet to the forming rollers and it will move automatically while the rollers run.

2. Guiding device
1) It adopts guiding bar and sliding block to control the width and position of the steel sheet.
2) The sheet is guided in the correct position and moves to the roll forming equipment.

3. Roll forming system
Roll forming system consists of machine frame, transmission parts, roll forming rollers, etc.
1) Machine frame: welding structure with blasting treatment.
2) The roller is made of high quality No. 45 steel with hard chrome plated surface.
3) Inner support structure of roller: guiding column.
4) Back/forward movement of roller is driven by chain, and part of the upward/downward movement is driven by gear.
5) Manually adjust the screw bar to adjust the distance between upper and lower rollers for sheets with different thicknesses.

3. Post-cutting device
1) Cutting blade material: Cr12, quenching treated.
2) Welded frame for enhanced rigidity.
3) The power of cutting is supplied by the hydraulic station.

4. Runout table
1) For supporting the finished panels.
2) Two runout tables are designed. Each of them is 2-meter long.

5. Electric control system
1) PLC control and frequency speed adjustment help realize automatic production.
2) Human and machine interface facilitates the setting of plate length, quantity, etc.
3) Operation: touch screen and buttons.
4) Encoder is designed to calculate and measure the length of panels.
5) Mitsubishi frequency inverter.

6. Hydraulic system
1) Decoiler and cutting system use separated hydraulic stations.
2) Main valve: Shanghai Lixin.
