This floor deck rollforming equipment is designed for continuously rolling and cold forming steel sheets. 1. 10ton cantilever automatic decoiler

a. Machine frame: welding structure with shot blasting treatment.
b. Operation: add coils to the decoiler by coil car. Start the machine, first, the electric motor will drive the mandrel, then the steel sheet will be released. Take the steel sheet to the forming rollers and it will move automatically while the rollers run.
c. Ultrasonic control is used to control the uncoiling speed of coils.


2. Guiding device
The guiding device uses guiding bar and sliding block to control the width and position of the steel sheet. The sheet is guided to the right position and moves to the roll forming equipment.


3. Lubrication device
Our floor deck rollforming equipment is designed with lubrication device to avoid scuffing.


4. Roll forming system
a. Machine frame adopts welding structure with blasting treatment.
b. Rollers are made of high quality No. 45 steel with hard chrome plated surface. These rollers with excellent rigidity contribute to high-precision steel profile.
c. Inner support structure of roller: guiding column.
d. Back/forward movement of roller is driven by chain, and part of the upward/downward movement is driven by gear.
e. Manually adjust the screw bar to adjust the distance between upper and lower rollers for sheets with different thicknesses.


5. Cutting device
a. Cutting blade material: Cr12, quenching treated.
b. The power of cutting is supplied by the hydraulic station.


6. Runout table
It’s used to support the finished panels. It can supply 2 pieces of 2-meter-long panels.


7. Electric control system
a. PLC control and frequency speed adjustment help realize automatic production.
b. Human and machine interface facilitates the setting of plate length, quantity, etc.
c. Operation mode: touch screen and buttons.

8. Hydraulic station
a. Separated hydraulic stations are designed.
b. Main valve: well-known Chinese brand.
